There is also a booklet provided that has many different shadow patterns. The
objective here is to use all 10 pieces to duplicate the shadow images. Some
patterns are easy, some require a bit of work. (the solutions to these patterns are in the back of the booklet).
Description:
The 5-Square puzzle will appear easy at first, but it won't take too long to figure out that this will require more than just a trial and error effort. It will require a bit of math, trigonometry and geometry to solve in a reasonable amount of time. This puzzle is GREAT for teachers, engineers, professors and anyone else with lots of smarts...
The booklet that is provided also has some simple patterns that younger kids can follow. Many early grade school teachers like to have one of these in their classrooms as an educational aid.
Each puzzle is supplied with an "Objective Sheet" that explains what it is that you are supposed to do.
Puzzle solutions are also included with the shipment but are not sealed in the puzzle wrapper. This is done so that the purchaser can make the decision as to when to give the solution to the person that is receiving the puzzle, (as a gift, for example).
